Oopsy!!!

I attached some pictures of the house I made an offer on in the post below. The one dark picture is of the pantry, and I didn't mean to post that!!! I cannot figure out how to get the picture OFF of the post! Please forgive me. I took a lot of pictures of the house, but I only posted the outside ones. The inside is really not my style; the kitchen is apples, with GREEN cabinets! LOL Obviously, that has to go! One bedroom is pink...all pink...even the ceilings; a good coat of paint with fix that!
ANYWAY, please, please, please pray for us tonight. I am desperate to get into a house, and I reallllly like this one. Please pray that God's will be done. Thank you so much!!!

HOUSE

So, I made another offer on another house today. Here is the story: two weeks ago, I went to look at this particular house. I was prepared to make an offer on it!!! My realtor had showed it to another couple that same day, and they made an offer on it. I ended up making an offer on a different house. The selling realtor had shown it the previous day, and the sellers took the offer. Well, today, my realtor called to tell me that the buyers could not get financing to buy the house!! In excitement, I went to look at it again...I offered the asking price on it, sure that I would get the house, right?????????????

I went back to look at it this evening....Judy Eoff, the selling realtor, told Linda Pontnack, my realtor, that the original buyers are still trying to get financing...so, my offer that was made at 3:00, apparently does not take precedence over their verbal breakage of contract (1:00 PM). They called Judy at 4:00 to tell her that they still wanted the house...does this make sense to YOU??? I am a little pissed off. The selling realtor has not even taken MY offer of FULL ASKING PRICE to the sellers! I'd be very upset if I were the sellers...

I won't know anything until tomorrow, but it doesn't look good for me. PLEASE PRAY!!! I really like this house a lot, and I am going to be very upset it my offer is not even considered b/c of JUDY EOFF!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!

After a very long, busy, hectic, crazy day of house searching, and possible disappointment, I came home to a beautiful bouquet of white flowers from my wonderful, thoughtful and romantic husband. He also sent me a big box of chocolates, way to go honeyloves!!! :-) The card moved me to tears. THANK YOU, my wonderful husband, for making my day so much better. You are amazing, and I appreciate your thoughtfulness!!! MUAH XOXOXOX
